PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carry-on-back implement equipped with shoulder belts which are gentle on the skin of the neck without increasing the number of parts. SOLUTION: The shoulder belt 3 for this carry-on-back implement is equipped with a first strap member 31 which is made of a high strength material and is located on the front surface side, a second strap member 32 which is made of a mesh material being flexible and having air permeability and is located on the rear surface side, and a trimming member 33 which covers and sews together both side edges of the first and second strap members. At least in a region which comes into contact with the neck of the shoulder belt, the second strap member 32 protrudes to the front surface side by exceeding the side edge of the first strap member 31.
