PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a moving toy for providing variable kinds of plays. SOLUTION: The toy includes: a object to be read for storing an ID code; a non-contact reader for reading the ID code; and a reading object for storing operation data corresponding to the ID code. The reading object reads the ID code of the object to be read by the reader, and performs an operation corresponding to the object to be read, based on the operation data corresponding to the ID code. When a plurality of kinds of ID codes of the object to be read are read by the reader, the operation is performed in response to the combination of the ID codes, thus, the combination of a plurality of kinds of objects to be read.
