摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stack for a flat semiconductor device having a structure where a large pressure welding force is manually applied with a small force. SOLUTION: The stack consists of stacked matters wherein a plurality of the semiconductor elements 3 and heat sinks 4 are alternately and coaxially stacked, a pair of pressurizing support plates 8 and 12 which support this stack from its both ends, a plurality of stud bolts 2 which are extended through the outer periphery of the pressurizing support plates to mutually connect and support the pressurizing support plates, an elastic body 7 provided so as to be sandwiched by the stacked matters and the pressurizing support plates, a plurality of pressurizing blocks 9 which are provided outside of the pressurizing support plates and whose one ends are fastened and fixed with nuts 10 for the stud bolts, and pressurizing bolts 11 for screwing, fastening and fixing the other ends of the respective blocks 9 to positions at an equal distance from the center of the pressurizing support plates.
