PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To previously prevent a molding resin from deteriorating in insulation or breaking down by preventing the generation of a corona at the edge of a shield member interposed between the coils using the means corresponding to the shield member, and to reduce the size of a molded transformer. SOLUTION: Corona rings 6 each swelled arcuately in a cross-section are formed at both side edges of the cylindrical member 5 engaged with the coil. A conductive pipe 7 or a rod having a sectional circular shape or a substantially circular outer peripheral shape is joined integrally along each side edge of the above-mentioned cylindrical shield member of this corona ring. Further, the above-mentioned cylindrical member and each corona ring are separated at a common place to be formed arcuately with an end. Both of opposed edges of the cylindrical shield member are formed arcuately non-sharp end surface 8 in section and opposed both the edges of each corona ring are formed in spherical or substantially spherical non-sharp end surface 10.
