PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a structure for fitting a coil device that can firmly secure the coil device by an inexpensive configuration without giving any damage to a core member. SOLUTION: The core members 10 and 20 are provided with projections 11 and 21 and supporting parts 12 and 22, respectively. When the core members 10 and 20 are joined with each other, the supporting parts 12 and 22 come into contact with each other. Gaps are formed between the projections 11 and 21. The coil device 1 is placed on the upper surface of a base mount 100. A bracket 2 is arranged so that its valley part 42 may be brought into contact with the upper surface of the core member 10, and the bracket 2 is screwed to a fitting seat 101 in the status.
