PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device that can be prevented from making malfunctions due to a parasitic transistor without requiring an external component. SOLUTION: The semiconductor device has a static electricity protective diode D1 in a signal inputting section and the parasitic transistor Qp1 annexed between the diode D1 and output control transistors Q1 and Q2. This device also has a dummy transistor Q3 formed at a position nearer to the diode D1 than the output control transistors Q1 and Q2 and an AND circuit AND1 which sets output signals to prescribed logic while the parasitic transistor Qp1 formed between the diode D1 and the dummy transistor Q3 is turned on.
