PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the number of separate parts, such as joints, used for packing elements and to reduce an amount of sinks of the upper packing element into the lower one. SOLUTION: To form a packing box by combining the upper and lower packing elements, cuts are made in the packing elements.
