PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an estimation method for coating film irregularity for estimating the coating film irregularity by substituting a bright feeling substituting numerical value and a hue value, which are obtained on the basis of the compounding data of compounded coating, for a coating film irregularity estimating formula, an estimation program for the coating film irregularity, a computer readable memory medium and an estimation device for the coating film irregularity. SOLUTION: In the estimation method for the coating film irregularity, the evaluation numerical value of the coating film irregularity related to a coating film is acquired by substituting the bright feeling substituting numerical value, which shows the feature of the brightness image on the surface of the coating film, and the hue value of the coating film for the coating film irregularity estimation formula. This estimation method for the coating film irregularity is constituted so as to perform processings for the determination of a color (S40), the acquisition of compounding data (S41), the acquisition for the bright feeling substituting numerical value and the hue value (S42), and the substitution for a correlational expression and the calculation of an irregularity value (S43).
