PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crushing apparatus having a sorting function, which has an airtight crushing chamber where a crushing step and a sorting step can be carried out at the same time without necessitating power separately. SOLUTION: The crushing chamber has a structure consisting of an inner cylindrical space, an outer cylindrical space arranged outside the inner cylindrical space and a space for communicating the inner cylindrical space with the outer cylindrical space. Each of combined constituent materials of the object to be crushed is sorted and discharged while crushing the object to be crushed by moving a lightweight object to be crushed from the inner cylindrical space to the outer cylindrical space by making good use of the eddy current generated when the object to be crushed is crushed and by making a heavy object to be crushed stay at the bottom of the inner cylindrical space.
