PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a complex apparatus integrating a stethoscope and an ultrasonograph and having mobility. SOLUTION: The subject measuring instrument integrates at least the stethoscope and a conversion module including ultrasonic wave, or the like. A signal processing module converts an analog signal received by the conversion module, into a digital signal and stores it in a storage unit. A communication module transmits the digital signal converted by the signal processing module and stored in the storage unit, to a data processor provided with a radiocommunication function, and a user of the data processor can see a measured result through a display unit of the data processor.
