PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a wet umbrella from directly touching clothing of a user himself and of the other person or the like when riding on a vehicle. SOLUTION: The umbrella bag is used to prevent the direct touch of the wet umbrella. The umbrella casing is not required to be taken up for being covered from its handle, thereby dealing with congestion, and is easy to mount.
