PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health apparatus capable of decreasing restrictions on a mounting place. SOLUTION: Projections 21-23 of bases 11-13 are brought into contact with a backrest of a seat. Then the projections 21-23 slightly bite into a cushion part of the backrest. The bases 11-13 can thereby be fixed temporarily to the seat. When a user sits on the seat in this state, the health apparatus is held between the user and the backrest. The health apparatus is thereby held into a prescribed position. Further, the mounting positions of support bodies 31-35 to the bases 11-13 can be adjusted according to the user's height.
