PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized and light-weight suction tool for a vacuum cleaner with high wiping, sweeping and polishing performance at a low price, and the vacuum cleaner. SOLUTION: The suction tool for the vacuum cleaner is provided with a suction chamber 11 with an opening for dust suction and at least one or more rotor 8a disposed in the suction chamber 11. The rotor 8a is arranged such that the gap of the rotor 8a and a suction chamber wall 14b is narrower than the gap with a suction chamber wall 14a and the rotor 8a is rotated by suction air (a) flowing into the suction chamber 11 and/or the suction air (a) flowing inside the suction chamber. Since the rotor 8a is rotated by the flow of the air, a mechanical drive source such as a motor is eliminated, and the small-sized and light-weight suction tool with the high wiping, sweeping and polishing performance at a low price is provided.
