摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small bearing structure in which a thrust gap is eliminated and the position accuracy in a housing relatively rotating around an axis (shaft) is improved, and which is excellent in durability with respect to vibration, impact, etc. SOLUTION: In the small bearing structure, a cylindrical housing 3 is slidably inserted into the axis 1 so that a pair of annular bosses 4A and 4B contact the axis 1, a thrust plate 5 is mounted on the free end 1a of the axis 1 so that only a thrust ball 6 contacts thereof, the cylindrical housing thrust 3 and the thrust plate 5 are fixed to form a movable material X rotatable with respect to the axis 1 together with the pair of the annular bosses 4A and 4B and the thrust ball 6, the other end 1b of the axis 1 is secured to a case 8, and the thrust gap between the movable material X and the axis 1 is eliminated by applying precompression so that the thrust ball 6 is pressed against the free end 1a of the axis 1. Consequently, there can be obtained the small bearing structure in which the position accuracy in the movable material such as the cylindrical housing rotating around the axis (shaft), etc., is improved, and which is excellent in durability against the vibration, shock, etc. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
