PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaporated fuel treatment device capable of sufficiently suppressing outflow of evaporated fuel from an air hole while purging a canister by low-concentration gas. SOLUTION: The canister 18 is provided for adsorbing the evaporated fuel. A purge passage 14 communicated with a gas outlet hole 19 of the canister 18 is provided. A separating units 22 and 36 having separating chambers communicated with the purge passage 14 are provided for separating the gas guided to the separating chambers into high-concentration gas containing the evaporated gas with high concentration and low-concentration gas containing the evaporated gas with low concentration. A low-concentration gas passage 46 is provided for guiding the low-concentration gas to a gas inlet hole 47 of the canister 18. A check valve couple 50 is provided for communicating a system including the canister 18, the purge passage 14 and the low-concentration gas passage 46 with atmospheric air, and the check valve couple 50 is communicated with atmospheric air through a sub-canister 51.
