PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to obtain a key by using a computer by a person who is locking a lock and also by another person who is unlocking it even though they are isolated at a long distance while prohibiting unlocking by a third party between the locking and unlocking. SOLUTION: Random numbers are automatically generated (1) by an instruction for locking, and locking (2) is performed by using the random numbers. Particular information about a person who automatically performed locking is transmitted (3), is connected (4) to an internet server, and the random numbers are automatically stored (5). In the case of opening the lock, a particular information about the person who unlocks is transmitted and connected to the internet server, and the random numbers are obtained and unlocking occurs.
