PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install an iron cover to a receiving frame under the surely locked state under the state, in which the iron cover is closed, to surely prevent the slipping-off of the iron cover and to easily open the iron cover even when there is no tool. SOLUTION: An iron-cover open-close structure has a lock member 8 pivotally supported to the rear surface of the iron cover 4 in a lockable manner in the engaging and disengaging direction to an engaging section 12 formed in the receiving frame section 2 and a handle member 15 inserted in an operable manner from the top-face side of the iron cover and in a manner that the member 15 can be engaged with the lock member through a through-hole 20 of the iron cover. The iron cover 4 can be opened by detaching the lock member 8 from the engaging section 12 for the receiving frame section 2 by receiving the lock member 8 interlocking with the lifing-up operation of the handle member 15.
