PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tenon metal fitting which can be transported without a hitch (without degrading load efficiency) and is good in operating ease. SOLUTION: The tenon fitting is formed of a base member Aa, a tenon Ab, and a fastening bolt 9. The base member Aa is fitted into a receiving hole 13 formed in a horizontal member 4, and an insertion hole formed in a peripheral surface thereof is positioned to a through hole formed in the frame member, followed by fitting a bolt 15 into the positioned holes, to thereby embed the base member in the horizontal member 4. The cylindrical tenon Ab is fitted into a receiving hole 17 formed in a column 11, and an insertion hole 12 formed in a peripheral surface thereof is positioned to a through hole 18 formed in the column 11, followed by fitting an assembly rod into the positioned holes, to thereby embed the tenon in the column. The fastening bolt is fitted into the tenon, and has its head engaged with the tenon and its screw rod portion 9b protruded from the tenon is opened at its tip to be screwed into a female screw a formed in the base member Aa. When the fastening bolt 9 is screwed into the female screw a, if the insertion holes 5 are positioned to the respective through holes 14, 18, an engaging hole which is one of male and female positioning means engageable with each other, engages with the tip of the base member Aa, and an engaging pin 8 as the other positioning means, engages with the tip of the tenon Ab.
