The fastening element has a base plate (21) on a main component, and a fastener plate (22) with anchoring element for a further component, is mounted limited moveable on the base plate via locking noses (34). Both plates are formed from a common stamped blank. The fastener plate is a section of the blank curved towards the surface of a base plate section. The anchoring elements is a nut.
