The control device includes control rods (2) which are connected to a pivotal point (1) located in the center of a rotor mast. The control rods are connected to the main rotor (4) via rotor blade control points (3). The control rods enable the control of the angles of adjustable rotor blades. An independent claim is also included for a method for controlling the main rotor of a helicopter.
