<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food-forming device capable of coping with the change of an outer skin material or inner material by a simple constitution and performing a sealing action surely without bending the edge part of the outer skin material. <P>SOLUTION: This device is provided by supplying the outer skin material F on a thin plate 70 formed with an opening part 71 at its central part, forming the outer skin part material F as folded into two by pushing the central part of the outer skin material F into the opening part 71 with a pushing member 30, then supplying the inner material to the inside of the outer skin material F and moving a sealing member 20 being an opened state in advance for nipping the outer skin material F folded into two from both sides to seal the edge part of the outer skin material F.
