<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for surely killing parasites and giving a food having a quality suitable to be eaten in the raw after thawing and provide an apparatus for the killing method. <P>SOLUTION: The parasite killing apparatus 1 is provided with a hermetic packaging apparatus 11, an apparatus 12 for contacting with a nonfreezing liquid and a freezing chamber 13.
