<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method of heating with a boiler which stably and precisely controls temperatures, and saving on the fuel cost. <P>SOLUTION: A heating area is grasped in advance by detecting a flow rate of the heating water circulated in a heating pipe before a circulation pump is operated, by using a flow rate sensor mounted on an outlet of a heating water supply pipe inside of a boiler, then the maximum capacity of the boiler is adjusted by a controller on the basis of the heating area, and the boiler heating is proportionally controlled on the basis of the adjusted the maximum heat quantity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
