<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a door hinge mechanism rotatable further outward by 90°, by allowing an inner surface of a door to coincide with a casing inner wall surface or to be positioned on the outside, in a state of opening the door by 90°. <P>SOLUTION: The base ends of a first arm and a second arm longer than the first arm, and having the forwardly bending tip, are respectively horizontally rotatably supported by a tip part of a first hinge member fixed to the vicinity of the side wall front end of a casing; and the base end side of a third arm having the outwardly bending tip is respectively rotatably connected to the first arm tip and an intermediate part of the second arm, to form a link mechanism having second-third arm tip parts projecting in front of a quadrangle with the first hinge member as a fixing edge. A horizontal plane is provided in a second hinge member fixed to the door, and the horizontal plane forms a substantially 3-shaped cam groove turning to the door front composed of two continuous circular arc grooves, and a shaft support part having a vertical shaft hole in front of the door outside end side of the cam groove.
