TEMPERATURE STIMULATING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To urge an awaken state by applying a temperature stimulation which a human is not aware of if possible to the skin.

SOLUTION: The temperature stimulating device is equipped with a temperature stimulation source for applying a stimulation medium to the human skin so that the stimulation medium is in contact with the human skin, and a control unit which is the control unit connected to the temperature stimulation source and controls the temperature of the stimulation medium so that the stimulation medium reaches a prescribed stimulation temperature. The stimulation temperature is the temperature which is changed to at least one direction of heating or cooling against the temperature of the stimulation medium which is in contact with the human skin when the temperature control is not performed. The difference between the temperature of the stimulation medium which is in contact with the human skin when the temperature control is not performed by the control unit and the stimulation temperature is set so as not to exceed a threshold temperature defining the temperature variation which the human can distinguish. The threshold temperature is calculated based on the area where the stimulation medium touches the skin.
