WATER CLEANING BLOCK AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME, AND WATER CLEANING EQUIPMENT USING THE WATER CLEANING BLOCK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cleaning block of a new construction with which water cleaning effect can advantageously be exhibited by sufficiently fining air bubbles, and allowing the same to uniformly and stably be discharged into water over a long period.

SOLUTION: An air-flow tube body 36 proved with a plurality of air discharge holes 46 on the outer circumferential face is arranged so as to be embedded to a block body 30 made of porous concrete laid on the bottom part 24 of a river 12, or the like, and an air feed line 44 feeding compressed air is connected to the air-flow tube body 36. On the other hand, the air discharge holes 46 of the air-flow tube body 36 are coated with an air-permeable member 48 provided with continuous micro-voids. Thus, the compressed air is spouted from the upper face 28 of the block body 30 from the air discharge holes 46 through the continuous voids with a size larger than the micro-voids in the air-permeable member 48 and the micro-voids in the block body 30.
