PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a system having a remote control terminal for an air conditioning system, is an expensive, exclusive system, and a system of an exclusive PC must be used, as the software of the remote control terminal is a software created by an exclusive language, and a problem on the interference with the other software exists, though a customer requests the simultaneous use of the remote operation terminal and an office processing PC. SOLUTION: In this system, an exclusive interface is mounted on a controller base part as the control software of the concentrated remote controller to monitor and control an air conditioner, and a Web server is mounted on Java(R) to have a remote monitoring function. Whereby the remote monitoring function can be achieved while keeping the operability of a local device and the reliability of the software. Further as the picture on the concentrated remote controller and the picture of the remote terminal are created by using different softwares having different languages, they can be used according to application.
