PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealant film which prevents the elution of a substance into a package when contents are packaged and has excellent gas-barrier properties and a laminated packaging material using the film. SOLUTION: In the sealant film, on one side of a resin film made of a cyclic polyolefin resin or a mixture of the cyclic polyolefin resin and another polyolefin resin, or on one side of a uniaxially oriented resin film obtained by stretching the resin film, a thin vapor deposition film layer comprising a metal and an inorganic oxide or a mixture of organic oxides is laminated, or an overcoat layer is further laminated on the vapor deposition film layer. The laminated packaging material is made of a laminate in which a substrate layer is laminated on the vapor deposition film layer or the overcoat layer of the sealant film.
