PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously perform favorable operation by absorbing surplus refrigerant generated in switching refrigerant circulation of a refrigerant circuit. SOLUTION: This humidity conditioning device includes a refrigerant circuit 2 in which a compressor 3, a first heat exchanger 5, an expansion valve 6, and a second heat exchanger 7 are connected to circulate a refrigerant, thereby performing vapor compression refrigerating cycle. The first heat exchanger 5 and the second heat exchanger 7 are provided with an adsorbent supported on the surface thereof, wherein absorption and desorption of water are alternately performed in the first heat exchanger 5 and the second heat exchanger 7 by switching the refrigerant circulation in the refrigerant 2 circuit 2. Liquid storing devices 100, 102 for absorbing surplus refrigerant generated in a low pressure line in switching the refrigerant circulation are provided between the first heat exchanger 5 and the expansion valve 6 and between the expansion valve 6 and the second heat exchanger 7, respectively. As a result, surplus refrigerant generated in the low pressure line is always stored in the liquid storing devices 100, 101, so that favorable operation is continuously performed.
