摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily determine on which of power source side and load side the factor of a variation in an electrical quantity lies by a measurement of a voltage/current at one point on a power line. SOLUTION: The voltage/current of a power line 20, connected to a power supply 10 and a load 50, is measured with electrical quantity measuring equipment such as current sensors 41, 43 and a voltage sensor 42, and impedance or power is detected from the electrical quantity measurements, before and after the variation of these electrical quantities, and also it is decided by a deciding means 44 whether the variational tendency of the detected impedance or power conforms to the variational tendency caused by load properties, thereby deciding which of power source side and load side the variation factor (system fault or load variations) of electrical quantity has occurred on, on the basis of an electrical quantity measurement point.
