PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly perform processing such as acquisition of electronic program data and carrying out of video recording. SOLUTION: When first program data for guiding programs broadcast in a first broadcast service are transmitted in a predetermined first time and second program data for guiding programs broadcast in a second broadcast service are transmitted at any time, and when the first and second program data are acquired, the channel of a first broadcast service is received in the first time to acquire the first program data, and the channel of the second broadcast service is received in a time not overlapped with the first time to acquire the second program data. Further, when the time set for the first and second times is overlapped with a time at which reception and recording of the program is reserved, display is made for its notification.
