摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a device capable of adjusting the output timing of an output signal, avoiding collision and relaying a power line communication signal even by a distribution board where a breaker is open and no power line is physically connected, a UPS (uninterruptible power supply) with disconnection between an input and an output, etc., or even by a noise filter disconnected in a carrier frequency regardless of being physically connected, a closed breaker, etc. SOLUTION: A signal of an input side received by a first receiving circuit 12a is once stored as digital information in a buffer 10, a collision of signals between an input and an output is avoided by outputting the signal from a second transmitting circuit 11b at timing when the input signal is finished, and even though relay parts between both power lines are mutually disconnected or connected, a communication signal can be relayed in a similar way. This eliminates deficiencies that relaying power lines have to be conventionally disconnected from each other in a communication frequency band in a power line communication signal bridge device 1 and that a communication signal of an input side of the bridge device collides with a communication signal of an output side to prevent the bridge device from operating normally because the input and output of a power line bridge are connected to each other if not intercepted.
