PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic part which does not cause a short circuit at all between adjacent terminal electrodes even when the electronic part is manufactured by depositing a conductive film to become the terminal electrode to an inner wall of a through-hole formed crossing a divided groove of a large substrate. SOLUTION: A ceramic substrate obtained by dividing the large substrate along the divided groove has a plurality of recesses at an end. A prescribed electronic circuit including a protection glass film is formed on a surface of the ceramic substrate. In the electronic part formed by coating a conductive paste to the inner wall of the through-hole where the terminal electrodes electrically connected to the prescribed electronic circuit are provided like crossing the divided groove in the recesses of the ceramic substrate, The glass film is formed by extending one end side so as to reach the protection glass film or by extending approximately the same quantity of the end side as a notched quantity of the recess, on a ridge line between the adjacent recesses at the end of the ceramic substrate.
