PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct an X-ray CT photographing apparatus using an X-ray cone beam so that the size of the apparatus is made small, the target part is accurately positioned in a relatively short time and the exposure dose of X-rays is minimized. SOLUTION: This local photographing X-ray CT photographing apparatus is provided with: a preliminary photographing means for photographing an object O under two positional conditions in which the positional relations of an X-ray generator 1, the object O and an image sensor 2 are different from each other; an arithmetic processing means for gathering and arithmetically processing two-dimensional positional data of the object O of the target part m determined on the two obtained radioscopic images and obtaining a three-dimensional position of the object O of the target part m; a position adjustment means for adjusting the positional relation of the three members 1, O and 2 so as to turn the obtained three-dimensional position to a turning center; and a main photographing means for relatively turning a turning means and the object O after an adjusting operation and photographing the tomographic image of the object O.
