PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the strength of the flying lead part of a long tail FPC which is integrally formed with a flexure is weak. SOLUTION: Stacked parts (supporting parts) 13 by resin layers of end parts of a flying lead 7 of a long tail FPC 6 are reinforced respectively with a metal frame 14. Then, the long tail FPC 6 is joined to the connection pad 26 of a main FPC board 24 with solder 18 by turning up the bending part 9 of the long tail FPC 6 by 90 degrees and by arranging the flying lead 7 so as to become parallel with the shaft 21 of swing and rotation of a carriage 20.
