PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially oriented styrenic resin film which has good frictional antistaticity, good scratch resistance, good slipperiness, and excellent adhesiveness without applying antistatic coating, and is suitable as an envelope window material, a laminating material for food-packing containers, or the like. SOLUTION: This biaxially oriented styrenic resin film comprising a styrenic resin is characterized by containing particles in the resin, having surface protrusions having the maximum height of 1.5 to 10μm on one surface of the film, and having 1.5 to 10μm high protrusions in a rate of 1 to 500 protrusions/mm<SP>2</SP>.
