PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronically controlled mechanical clock capable of surely thinning the thickness, and maintaining excellently a power generation efficiency by reducing an influence exerted by an external magnetic field. SOLUTION: The first transmission wheel 53 to which rotation of rotating spindle 51 is transmitted is provided on a position overlapping flatly on the end of a coil 33 of a generator 30, and a pawl lever 54 is engaged with the eccentric shaft part 53A of the first transmission wheel 53. Hereby, the pawl lever 54 is shifted from the center of a movement, and thereby can be provided inside the first transmission wheel 53 without being influenced by a member on the center of the pawl lever 54, and the thickness of this electronically controlled mechanical clock 1 can be surely reduced as much as the thickness of the pawl lever 54. Even when a comparatively strong magnetic field exists outside, an external magnetic flux G flows on the first transmission wheel 53 side, and the external magnetic flux G can be prevented from flowing in a stator material 32A where the coil 33 is wound, to thereby maintain excellently the power generation efficiency.
