PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method jointing as it is and drillable device for integrating mutually coupled members of a plurality of sound insulation wall plates. SOLUTION: A drilling device body B attached with a drill 6 is attached to a base plate 4 to be approachable/separable to two guide rods 5 erected on the base plate 4 and a feeding mechanism C<SB>1</SB>imparting feeding motion is attached to the drilling device body B. A set body S is set to the coupling member 2 and two coupling members 47, the rotary force of the electric drill D fitted to the drilling device body B is transmitted to the drill 6 to rotate the drill 6 and the feeding motion is added to the drilling device body B by the feeding mechanism C<SB>1</SB>, and respective bolt insertion holes 51, 52 are formed in the coupling member 2.
