PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking device for preventing forced unlocking by a size of a distance between mutual closed opening-closing devices when a dead bolt fastens a lock. SOLUTION: This locking device 3 has a base board 6 arranged in a sash door 1R, the dead bolt 8 equipped on the base board 6, and capable of going in and out of an opening-closing operation area of the sash doors 1L and 1R, a driving mechanism 10 equipped on the base board 6, and pushing out the dead bolt 8 so as to project to the opening-closing operation area of the sash doors 1L and 1R, and a receiving member 5 arranged in the other of the sash door 1L, and regulating opening of the sash doors 1L and 1R, by receiving the dead bolt 8 projected by the driving mechanism 10. The driving mechanism 10 is provided with a helical spring 34 for further energizing the dead bolt 8 to the receiving member 5 side, when the dead bolt 8 abuts on the receiving member 5.
