PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame structure which can reduce the manufacturing costs by reducing the number of parts, the assembling man-hour and the like while maintaining the frame strength required. SOLUTION: In the vertical type game machine having an outer frame 10 which is a frame assembly of upper, lower, left and right frame plates made in a rectangular outline shape and a front frame openably and detachably supported in link on the outer frame 10 through an open/close link support mechanism, the lower frame plate 14 has a bottom plate 15 and a frieze rail 16 linked over between the left and right frame plates along the front rim of the top surface of the bottom plate. The open/close link support mechanism comprises an outer frame side metal hinge and a front frame side metal hinge and the outer frame side lower metal hinge 2a securely links the side frame plate 12 having the open/close link mechanism thereon, the bottom plate 15 and the frieze rail 16 as three frame members together to build a frame structure.
