The control device comprises an actuator (32) for introduction of an actuation in control mechanism (46,48,50) of a transmission system as well as two actuating drives (12,14). The actuating drives move the actuator in order to carry out the adjustment processes. Each actuating drive has a transmission element (20,22) with slide-way (28,30) for the actuator. The activation of one actuating drive causes the actuator to move in the slide-way in the transmission element of the other actuating drive.
