PURPOSE: A PLL(Phase Locked Loop) of a mobile communication terminal and a warming up time reducing method thereby are provided to reduce a warming up time required to stabilize a preset frequency signal generated from the PLL, thereby reducing power consumption in an idle state of the terminal. CONSTITUTION: A register(40) stores PLL data when a communication terminal is powered-on. A PLL(30) comprises a power terminal and an enable terminal. The power terminal is applied with power of the communication terminal. The enable terminal is applied with a control signal showing that the communication terminal wakes up in an idle mode from a sleep mode. The PLL(30) inputs the PLL data stored in the register(40) in response to the control signal applied to the enable terminal, and is fixed to generate a preset frequency signal. |
