A system and a method for sharing/distributing P2P contents are provided to distribute contents distribution profit among contents users joined as an intermediary distributor while enabling the contents users to join in contents distribution by enabling the contents users to share/exchange the contents through a P2P network. A contents using a P2P terminal(30) plays or downloads the contents from a contents providing P2P terminal(20) by request sharing or downloading of the contents in the P2P network. The contents providing terminal permits sharing of the contents requested from the contents using the P2P terminal, and plays or downloads the contents directly by connecting to the P2P network. A system server(100) connects the P2P using and providing the P2P terminal, and processes AD(ADvertisement), contents charge payment, and profit distribution by controlling sharing or downloading of the contents between the P2P terminals. The P2P system server includes a P2P server, a contents sharing server(110), an authentication server(130), an AD server(140), a profit distribution server(150), and a matching/channel management server(160). |
