<p>A heat exchanger (10) includes a core (13). The core (13) includes a heat-exchange tube (38) for a heat exchange medium to circulate therein. The core (13) includes a fin (40) joined to the heat-exchange tube (38). The heat exchanger (10) includes a pair of header pipes (11,12) connected with both ends of the core (13). Each of header pipes (11,12) includes header pipe members (18,19,27,28). Each of header pipes (11,12) has a joint member (20,21,29,30) communicating with header pipe members (18,19,27,28).
