PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take out an appropriately treated water immediately after the following case even in the case where after water supply from a pool is stopped once, water intake is started again. SOLUTION: A main pipeline 2 on which a water intake pump 3, a filter 4, a chlorine adsorption tool 55 and a chlorine sterilization tool 6 are arranged successively in series is connected with a water intake pipeline 1 for taking out water in a pool 10 and in addition, a pipeline 12 for taking out a treated water is connected with this main pipeline 2 through a sluice valve 9 and a by-pass pipeline 7 is connected with the main pipeline 2 between the upstream end and the downstream end and a check valve 8 is provided on this by-pass pipeline 7 so as to make water flow only from the downstream end to the upstream end of the main pipe 2 and under a condition where the sluice valve 9 is closed, water is circulated through the main pipeline 2 and the by-pass pipeline 7. In addition, under a condition where the sluice valve 9 is completely opened, the pressure of the check valve 8 is adjusted in such a way that water does not flow in the by-pass pipeline 7. |
