PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To visually observe the conditions of areas which daily change by obtaining and displaying information about the areas from many and unspecified communications between general users. SOLUTION: When a general user uses a terminal 1, the terminal 1 receives, from a base station 2, a base station control signal for broadcasting information including information indicating groups of numbers of cells of a plurality of base station 2 near the terminal 1. The terminal 1 informs a base station control device 3 of a reception voltage of a base station control signal which is a reception level of the cells according to the broadcasted groups of numbers, including other cells for which the base station control signals are received at a prescribed reference level or more. The device 3 transmits the position information of the terminal 1 computed by a position information computing section 12 and the reception voltage of the base station control signal to a monitoring desk 4. The desk 4 maps the position of the terminal 1 on map data on the basis of the received position information and the reception voltage of the base station control signal, and displays service areas for each wireless zone. |
