Draught Controller with Cover

摘要

A draught control system (ZR) for a heating system in a building is fitted into the bottom of a flue, e.g. adjacent to a central heating boiler, and has a control valve operating on pressure difference to maintain a preset draught up the chimney, e.g. to open and add fresh air when the flue pressure drops w.r.t. the outside. The draught control is fitted inside a tamper proof housing to prevent unauthorised adjustments. The control flaps in the draught control unit are loaded to set the pressure difference required to open the valve, e.g. with an adjustable ballast weight accessed by opening the housing. The system can be applied to single heating units as well as to flues with separate inputs from heating units on each floor.
