<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primer composition which has excellent adhesion to difficult-to-bond materials and basic performances enabling satisfied use and enables its repeeling and, in addition, a method for easily repeeling a covering material having a primer layer formed thereon in a short period of time in the laminated product obtained by laminating the covering material using the primer composition on a base material. SOLUTION: The repeelable primer composition comprises (A) an aqueous dispersion or an organic solvent solution containing a polymer having properties such that the tensile strength of the film formed after curing or drying is 1-28 MPa and the elongation is 100-2,000% and (B) thermally expansible fine particle hollow bodies.</p> |
