摘要 PURPOSE: A method for embossing a multi-layered film is provided to suppress the hardening of a film due to crystallization by excluding a secondary heating process and to form even embossed parts. CONSTITUTION: Resin materials having different deformation temperatures are supplied through a material input unit(10) and heated in a T-plate(20). The molten materials are discharged in the shape of a multi-layered film through a discharge outlet of the T-plate. The film is placed on a cooling roller(30). Embossed portions are formed only on an embossing film layer of the film by many protrusions(42) formed on the outer surface of an embossing roller(40). The embossed film is cooled by the cooling roller. The film is separated from the cooling roller by a feed roller(50).
