Device for neutralizing cyclic irregularities, especially in a belt drive provided with several pulleys (1-3), especially in an internal combustion engine, comprises two compensating rollers (5, 6) connected to each other via a connecting element (7). One compensating roller lies on a load strand of the belt (4) and the other compensating roller lies on a loose strand of the belt. Both compensating rollers are arranged so that they move perpendicular to the load and loose strands. The sum of the angle of belt contact ( alpha , beta ) of the two compensating rollers is at least 60 degrees . Preferred Features: The compensating rollers are rigidly connected to each other via the connecting element. |
